In the cover, we have a short snap of Laboon and the twin cap guy (what was his name again...Crocus?). Even after 4 years, the painting on Laboon's head is still there. He looks really happy, probably in an anticipation to meet and "fight" Luffy again ^^ however, Luffy isn't the only one Laboon will be happy about. He will definitely be shocked to see Brook again (if someone forgot - Brook and his crew were friends with Laboon. They left him in Twin Peak because they didn't want to put him through dangers of Grand Line).
Back to the story, the crew and also Sanji himself are shocked by the news about the marriage.
Interestingly, Brook seems to recognize the name of Sanji's family. We know Brook lived about 80 years already and he still knows about it. It wouldn't be surprising if Sanji's family is a big shot when even Brook from ~ 50 years ago knows about it. That says something already.
Many people may have realized it already but it is worth mentioning it again. Sanji has said he was born in North Blue. And yet, he somehow managed to get to East Blue when he was still very young! Remember, he met Zeff in a very young age after a battle on a ship. He was a cook's helping boy and not treated as any kind of nobility. It is still yet unsure how Sanji managed to get to East Blue, but like Brook is saying, going from one Blue to the other is no small feat and it wouldn't be surprising if Sanji managed to do so with some help of his family or influence.
Aside from that, his bride seems to be Big Mom's daughter. Seriously though.. how can she have so many daughters...

Caesar is also making a good point by telling what the marriage could mean to the rest of the crew - and that is to say, they would probably be Big Mom's underlings, too.
Even if Caesar had not said that, Sanji still shows his determination to not go to Big Mom's party.

Sanji is absolutely against the marriage, as is shown in many points here. He doesn't want to marry a woman he has no idea about and he doesn't want his crew to be under Big Mom's crew either.
Sanji is also not afraid at all to proclaim it will be Luffy, who will become the pirate king. Sanji might be a lady's man but there is no doubt about the fact his crewmates and Luffy, a boy who in a way inspired him to follow his dream, are very important to him.

After Sanji's flat out refusal, Capone reminded all crewmembers of the situation they were truly in - and that is, basically in enemy's tummy. He almost made Nami sink to demonstrate the point and exclaims that no one can escape Big Mom's party.
Even though Sanji basically had a choice to leave, Capone's crewmate had whispered something disturbing to him. We are yet unsure what exactly he said but it must have been something big - big enough that Sanji would consider leaving the crew. There are still some odd things about this but I will mention them at the end.
Either way, it seems to be that this "thing" Capone's crewmate kind of threatened Sanji with can be something from his past and connected to someone who is important to him. The rest of the crew are watching with questioning looks, while Sanji has a face of being in thoughts.
In the end, Brook asks Sanji about it, but Sanji did not answer him and asked for a pen and paper instead. If it was something the crew had a basic idea about... if it was something the crew kind of knew about Sanji already, I think he would have said it. But from his response, it seems to be something else, something we don't know about and Sanji was probably not prepared to share it yet.
The following moment just seems to emphasize it - Sanji is hiding something although he didn't intend to. It is very possible this is also the "reason" why Sanji decided to go to Big Mom's tea party.
Maybe one of the reasons why Sanji had never shared the story is due to the fact he was not expecting to face his past (presumably the past before he met Zeff) ever again. He seems to want to deal with this by himself and not drag his friends with him. After he gave Nami the letter and talked a little with them, he shoves all three of them away from Capone's body.
However, he still keeps Caesar with him.
Sanji is also well aware of his wanted poster status and realizes the one who put it is the same who arranged marriage for him. By this point, he can already have a basic idea who it could be.
Capone's men were still about to go after the rest of the crew but Sanji immediatelly cut them off and agreed on going. He makes clear that no one shall lay a finger on his friends. Interestingly, he used "who do you think I have at my back" as some kind of threat - and believe it or not, Capone's men are alerted by hearing that. Another hint that Sanji's family is a big shot.
Not only that but the cook knew earlier that there was a mink outside already. He knew that his presence in itself could help his friends.
The crew calls out to him and want him to also get out of Capone. They know with Nekomamushi's presence here, they have a momentary upper hand. However, Sanji stays inside.
.__. NOW PUNCH ME PLEASE.
This was definitely a not-okay moment. You say you will be back, but why is it that there is something about your smile that unsettles me, Sanji? These kind of smiles and these kind of words... many times they meant not meeting this person anymore. Bellemere and Corazon are one of those people.

Capone then hurries away and although Wanda could go after him, Brook interferes.
I am going to use mangapanda's scanlation for this moment, because it is more "direct" - shorter, more ... sharp.
Brook has a feeling that Sanji has no intention of coming back... definitely not at this moment.
Sanji wants to deal with his situation, that is why he couldn't get out even if he wanted. He will not return before he settles the problem. Until then... who knows.

What
The
Actual
Shit
Back to what I wanted to say earlier... it seems to me that the "reason" behind Sanji's sudden change could be even more important for him than Luffy becoming Big Mom's subordinate. What I mean is, Sanji had no intention of going to the tea party and after that, be part of Big Mom's crew. However, Sanji still went in an attempt to settle issues with his family (presumably) but by doing that, he is risking him and the rest of SH becoming Big Mom's subordinates. It is possible he would cut ties with the crew after that. But by that logic, he wouldn't probably say something like he will be back...
Arghhh this is sending me insane! Either way, the next chapters are gonna be very interesting!
I don't know how many times I used the word Sanji... but I think it is understandable. He is the main topic of this arc after all.
UPDATE:
This is a very important piece of... of...information!! That I found out via Junko, original from here. Thanks mate ^^
First of all, I want to say that Oda portrayed Sanji in a way I can't help but love him (...both of them). Oda always showed Sanji as someone who once sees or hears about a pretty woman, he throws every seriousness aside. We have seen many times than not Sanji fawning over an enemy female (Robin, Perona...). What is so different here though is that Sanji really really hates the idea of marrying a female, someone from Big Mom's family from the principle alone. I mean, even Big Mom looks fcking sexy from Sanji's imagination even though he had never seen her, it would be no surprise if Purrin also appeared as sexy (if not more) in Sanji's head.
This is to show no matter how flirtarious Sanji can be, or how shallow he is, once it comes to really serious business of his friends, crew and his captain, he doesn't give a fck about potentially marrying a beautiful lady. He is putting the crew's interest far before his own and I seriously love him for that.

The second point that needs to be seriously addressed (if it wasn't already), is the fact Sanji treats all his members equally here. He shows no big preference towards Nami over other male members. The reason why he yelled out Nami's name is something to be expected because unlike Chopper and Brook, Nami was attacked. It was a natural reaction and nothing a friend wouldn't do. Indeed, why I say "no big prefenrece" is that Nami is the one Sanji gave the letter to. But again I don't think it is supposed to mean anything romantic or something of the sorts. We all know Nami is someone who is very careful and reliable and it's not like Sanji could give such an important letter to a kid like Chopper, right? He also knows Nami longer, there is no doubt he would also trust her more. Besides, it would also be kind of strange if Sanji gave the paper to Brook, to a guy, right?
Then in the end, he didn't address just Nami or tell only her specially to give Luffy the letter. He addressed all of them and told them all to give the letter to Luffy, he showed no preference who will be the person to deliver it. And last... the goodbye smile Sanji gave was meant to all of them, not any special message for Nami over male members.
