The news about the crew's bounty has also reached Baldimore, a place Franky stayed for the previous 2 years. Seems like, he made some good friends there, as they seem to be pretty delighted upon reading the news ^^
From the previous chapter, we finally found out why Momo and others were targeted; furthermore, Zoro here also lists all people that tried to capture them and get information from them - that is to say, Doffy, Caesar and Kaido's underlings.
The Wano warriors and Inu-Neko are seeking revenge for their lord, who tried to save them and in the process died by the hands of the shogun and Kaido. Their lord left them with the following words: Open the borders of the Wano country.
And thus, the warriors intend to kill the shougun and open the borders.Their first ally in order to achieve this goal were the minks, who shared fates together with them since time immemorial.

Last chapter, it wasn't that clear whether the shogun and Kaidou were on one ship. However, in this chapter, that seems to be the case as Kin'emon has revealed to the crew.
Even so, I think this shogun person is quite mysterious and maybe, there is a reason why he acts this way... we haven't seen his face and aside from his alliance with Kaidou, I can't seem to recall we know anything else about him (though I can be wrong).

Inu looks pretty determined and has confidence in the minks, believing they won't lose against Jack and others next time they meet. What is interesting though is his mention of this "trump card". What might it be? Hm... the only thing that can come to mind is Zunisha... though that isn't sure and there might be something else out there. We just have to wait then I guess.
Kin'emon, aware of Luffy and Law's strength capabilities, then requests for their help in their fight against Kaido.
What makes this moment quite funny is Law's expression upon being adressed; I don't know about you guys, but he looks so done with all this already xD

Franky and Usopp were quite excited and probably thought they gained more allies in their fight against Kaido. Little did they know that their captain quite didn't share the idea and refused Kin'emon's request.
(btw only now did I notice Chopper crying in background..he still look adorable though)

Nami seemed to agree with Luffy at first; however, her real intentions became painfully clear in the next panel when she wanted to "negotiate" first. Very possibly than not, this request of Kin'emon's would probably cost some money if the negotiations went according to Nami xD
Though as we know already, Nami had tried to do so in the past (with Vivi) but in the end, she was too worried about Vivi that she had forgotten about it. Though I think her reaction that time in Alabasta about her forgetting money was only for laughs, because the crew seemed down when they left Vivi's castle and Nami played the funny man to lighten the mood a little (and admit it - who didn't laugh a bit at that part xD).

However, the main reason why Luffy didn't want to answer the request was because of something else. He is mad at Momo for letting others do the job for him while he, the supposed leader, is only crying.
Nami in return gets mad at Luffy because he got mad at a kid.

Brook tries to explain to Luffy why Momo is like this and why adults are there to help him. The next moment though, he is mad at Nami for being the adult that doesn't seem to help Momo and ended up only spoiling him.
Surprisingly enough, Momo is not swayed by Nami's words of comfort and instead, takes what Luffy told him to the heart.
In the next moment, he explains to Luffy how weak and small he is, even his mother fell by the hands of Kaidou. And yet, he doesn't run away this time and clearly declares he wants to beat Kaidou.
Up till now, Momo has always been kind of childish and always running from responsibilities. As someone stated in tumblr, it seems like Oda purposedly made Momo run off whenever there were problems, he was always comforted and spoiled (namely by Nami but also Robin). In a way, his behaviour from before with running away served to show the contrast with the current situation where he stayed and faced the situation head on.
Momo is well aware of his weak self and Luffy was well aware of it. What he wanted to achieve was probably to make Momo request the help himself, because after all, he is the leader, not Kin'emon. When Luffy finally extends his helping hand to him, Momo very gladly accepts it. The Straw hat captain then suggests they form another alliance to take Kaidou down.

Indeed, Luffy more than anyone sees Momo as an adult already, which is why he got so mad at him.
Also, Law..you are jelly, ain't ya? XDD jokes aside, Law looks displeased with Luffy forming another alliance without his consent.... though if you ask me, it just looks like Law is displeased because he thought Luffy felt the need to have more allies in order to beat Kaidou. Law probably thought that Luffy thought Law is not strong enough for them to succeed, thus he was asking about the faith part XD though this is just speculations, I am not sure what goes inside Law's head.

Although Law looked dispelased, he still agrees with the alliance, even raising his fist up in declaration (together with Luffy, Momo and Inu).
Hahah, Law was warned about Luffy's idea of alliance already, wasn't he? So why the surprised face? XD
That aside though, the Kaidou-beating still has to wait, because Luffy needs to bring Sanji back. The thing that is very important to note here is the way Luffy praises Sanji, claiming the chef is worth a thousand people.
And here we go, Zoro got jealous after hearing his captain praising Sanji xD this panel actually took me like 5 minutes to process, because... I still can't believe Nami tried to comfort this jealous swordsman XD I mean, who in their right mind would pat the head of the goddamned Zoro the demon in human body and get away with it? Not to even mention he didn't get angry..or even annoyed at Nami, he just let her do it to him without recoil.
And Nami? I noticed she can be quite intimate with her crewmembers, but her patting someone's head in order to comfort them? That's something you don't see every day. And it's also Zoro we are talking about here, she got into argument with him not a while ago, but it seems like it didn't even take long for them to reconcile...
Well, I ehave written one hellish analysis of this moment already, so if you want to read more, go back into Misc. page, the article should be soemwhere there xD
Also, seems like Luffy is quite adamant about the fact he won't fight Big Mom this time. Hope it remains that way.

There are still many questions that need answers though. One of them is the argument between Inu and Neko, makes one wonder what could be the cause of it for them to be so hostile towards each other for so long (about 20 years I guess?).
And Jack is closing in on Zunisha....
Pretty good chapter, I liked how Momo faced the current situation and didn't run away. A new alliance has also been born, seems like the set for Wano is really epic.
I looooooved Law's expressions in this chapter xD sigh... I really am starting to become a big LawLu shipper..not good XD
Also, that ZoNami moment.... seriously, I did NOT expect that!! It was just so cute to see the big boy Zoro being comforted by Nami xD
Anyways, next chapter - Zunisha is being attacked? Wonder how this one will end....
