Movie 5: The Cursed Holy Sword
BRIEF STORY
On Asuka Island, the Straw Hat Pirates learn about the Shichiseiken, the world's most beautiful sword and a valuable treasure, though it contains a deadly curse. When they come back to the ship, they find that Zoro, who was to act as guard, is missing. However, they are forced to leave port when they are attacked by Marines. They dock in another section of the island and come across a village, whose job is to keep the Seven Stars Sword sealed. It is soon attacked by Marines who are trying to free the sword—and among them is also Zoro! What reason could Zoro have for doing this? What is the secret of the sword? Why would Marines want it? The answers lie on the night of the red moon. (synopsis from wikia, some editing made by me)
As for the crew, Robin is the last joined member there.

MOMENTS
07:34
Nami at first doesn't seem to be fazed by Zoro's disappearance because she had to think about how to get out of their dire situation. However, after seeing Luffy's zeal to go retrieve Zoro, she tells him they will do so, but they need to first get out of marine's reach. I don't know if it counts as a ZoNami moment, but let me have a fill of it, yes? I am glad Nami thought about Zoro and didn't say anything like "we should let him be", she definitely didn't plan on leaving him just like that.

14:29
After the crew somehow landed on the island again, they spot a mysterious girl. She soon sees them but runs from them. Nami asks for the girl to wait... as they were searching for Zoro, she was most probably about to ask her about him.
18:48
Somehow, the crew reaches a village and after some initial hostility, they somehow manage to keep it calm.... however, the village is soon attacked by marines. One of them then suddenly calls on Zoro, which surprises the crew and Nami so much she even calls out his name again in disbelief.
19:09
Nami is surprised to see Zoro on enemy's side and asks him what he is doing.
However, Zoro ignores her call and instead, asks Maya whether the things she is holding are "the orbs". Nami, who still had her attention on the swordsman, was surprised by his focus on the orbs.
20:02
After discovering Zoro and Sanji got into the fight, Nami immediatelly asks for them to stop it, even though she knew Zoro is, for some reasons, on enemy's side. She still considers him a crewmate and cares for him and Sanji. I think part of her was also worried they could fight until one collapsed without even getting any info from Zoro why he was like that; she believed Zoro must have had a reason for this and his fight with Sanji is plain pointless.
20:38
Despite her belief in Zoro, Nami is angered by his behaviour when he injured Sanji. She asks him why he is doing this - but again, the swordsman ignores her.
20:59
Zoro then cuts in Maya's direction. Horrified, Nami thought he cut Maya herself and calls out his name. Thankfully, she soon realized Maya wasn't really cut... which still didn't clear up his behaviour even in the slightest.
21:55
As Zoro is leaving, Chopper asks Nami why the swordsman is doing such a thing, to which Nami answers she would like to know that as well. Again, this shows she is concerned about Zoro's situation and wants to know about it. She doesn't believe he would side with enemy just like that.
30:30
Later on, Nami is surprised to see Sanji cooking despite his injured arm. He tells her it helps him take his head off Zoro, who caused so much trouble. After hearing what Zoro did again, Nami huffs in anger and also exclaims she can't forgive Zoro. She probably can't get Zoro just got up and left, without explaining anything to anyone and even injured some people in the process.
45:29
After hearing the story about Saga, Nami is rather aggravated and cannot believe Zoro would help such a guy.
Furthermore, when Maya starts explaining the fact they are childhood friends, Nami, together with others, is surprised to hear about it.
Nami shows further interest when Maya mentions a promise between Zoro and Shaga.
48:30
In the end, after hearing the story, Nami simply concluded Saga saved Zoro's life. Not sure how to explain this, but it was like some kind of afterthougt from Nami's side.... maybe only a bit later did all of information sink into her and she realized why Zoro was behaving this way for Shaga.
01:01:40
Luffy and Sanji believe Zoro will return, Usopp comments and Nami agrees with her friends that Zoro won't fall under the influence of the sword, because he is too thick headed for that. She even smiles while saying it, further showing she believes in it. However, when Luffy starts laughing at Nami's remark regarding Zoro, she casually reminds him his head is even thicker than Zoro's ^^""
01:31:10
After all the ordeal, the crew continues to sail further. Zoro sits all by himself on the deck, while others are feasting around the food. Nami is the one who first calls out to Zoro, telling him to come down and eat.
After the swordsman ignored her again, she calls out for the second time, warning him there won't be any food left if he doesn't hurry. And for the first time in the whole movie, he is finally reacting to her calls - he turns his head in her direction.
Honestly said, I never expected there could be so many (although very small) ZoNami moments. Nami showed a lot of concern over Zoro's behaviour and although she wasn't pleased with how Zoro acted, there was still a part of her that trusted him. She didn't want him and Sanji to fight and tried to get the explanation from him. After hearing the story of Zoro's childhood, Nami isn't angry at him anymore; she even believed Zoro won't fall under the curse of the sword, too. I think Nami knew Zoro wouldn't abandon the crew without reasons and despite all that happened in the village, she never wanted him or anyone else to get hurt because of him.
I also found it very cute to see Nami trying to get Zoro more involved in the crew's activities, as she was the first one to call him and even warn him there won't be any food left.
ZoNami moments aside, the movie was..... uh...... I don't know. The first time I saw it, Zoro was very OOC for me and I couldn't quite swallow it well. I mean, the guy is so loyal to Luffy and as we saw, takes the pirate life and his vow to Luffy very seriously. Seeing him to go and help his childhood friend without as much as explaining it to the crew.... it was just not like him. On the other hand, I can understand it...his childhood friend meant a lot to him and he even saved Zoro's life, so no wonder Zoro would also do the same. I am at least glad that for once, it was Zoro who defeated the main evil guy and saved both the village and even Saga himself.
As for the plot... an interesting idea, that's for sure. Maybe if you watch it while expecting Zoro to be a bit OOC, then I think you can enjoy this movie. I sure did for the second time, for some reasons xD however, I think Zoro could have been a little bit more...more... uh... involved with the crew or at least explain it to them somehow. He even ignored Nami's questions numerous times, even after the situation has settled down. He might have been a bit embarrassed about it all, but...still....
Anyways, what are your thoughts? Was movie okay for you? Did you expect these ZoNami moments? Comment below ^^
