There was a break before this chapter came out.... and whether it was expected or not, Oda also made two colourspreads for this chapter's issue ^^
The first one above features only Luffy; the second colorspread is in fact, Film GOLD's official poster and shows every crewmember ^^ Ok, I know this is a stupid hint, but... Franky and Robin have a matching "background" - theirs is purple. Incidentally, Zoro and Nami also have a similar background - theirs is in a blue-ish colour. Zoro's blue seems to be a lighter one, but there is no doubt that only Zoro x Nami and Franky x Robin are the only ones having a similar (if not the same) background ^^
Back to the story.
The bonds between Inuarashi, Nekomamushi and the Kouzuki seems to run very deep, as both Neko and Inu also have the family crest on them.

Also, Nami looks so pretty here =.=
Inu and Neko stil lget into an argument, but both of them are shut by Momo's cry. Apparently, the reason for the cat and dog's fight is Momo's father (who would be saddened if he saw them). The crew is pretty surprised about Momo's statement, why is Momo saying something like that about his father when he is right there with them?
Turns out, Kin'emon is not Momo's father at all; instead, Kin'emon and Kanjurou are Momo's retainers and Momo holds the title of duke, in a position that is higher than Inu and Neko (they both bowed before him in apology).

Well of course, this news shocks the crew, though they can't help but find Momo and Kin'emon rather alike (with both of them being perverts xDD).
Furthermore, Luffy doesn't seem fazed by this stuff at all; there is no way he would start treating Momo differently only because his real status has been revealed. Well, we have seen Luffy doesn't care about these things at all; it's the character of the person that matters to him, not things like status or position.
This little pick soon became a small argument between Momo and Luffy; in the end, Momo turned to Nami seeking "comfort" from her. For a supposed lord to act so childishly and run for comfort after an argument, I suppose Momo still needs to grow up a lot... Of course, Nami is not aware of Momo's "intention", while Kin'emon (the fellow pervert) sure is ^~^
Unfortunately, Momo quite ran into a "dead end" or how to say it xD Nami seeing the opportunity (to get her hands on some treasure) sweet-talks to Momo; however, her blatant intentions were not overseen by Zoro and Usopp so they end up yelling at her because of it. I don't know if it should surprise me that Zoro also yelled at her, because...well, it's not like he wasn't surprised and vocal about some stupid things that happened since timeskip; it's just that those moments were not so much like the ones before timeskip XD
Oh, and in the next panel, Nami seems pretty amused by both Zoro's and Usopp's reaction (and I guess those hearts are coming from Momo who is enjoying his position). If you look properly, you could also see Zoro with his arms stretched towards Momo and Nami.. it almost seems like Zoro is trying to tell Nami "please...put the poor boy (Momo) down already... stop tormenting him like that" xDD while Usopp is trying to free Momo from her.

It's also worth to mention that Neko and Inu called a truce and will try to act more civil for each other, as both don't want to see their Lord Momonosuke suffer because of them.
Later on, the group climbs the whale in order to reach Raizou~~ some are pretty hyped to see the ninja and all ^^ by the way, that whale looks reaaallyy cool! (and Franky even made his hairstyle look like that at some point this arc)
Finally, they arrived to Raizou who has been going on rampage so much he was chained to ... something. He wanted to help the minks and even hand himself to the enemy, because they were after him, not after those minks. Surely, he must have felt guilty and responsible for all the injuries minks suffered; I am just glad that he didn't turn out to be some asshole and he really wanted to save minks but couldn't do so because they restrained him... this leads to think Raizou, the other retainers and Momo are far too important and they can't be handed over to the enemy at any cost - just a look at the minks and the actions they took to protect the ninja says a lot.
While Momo and his other retainers are happy and relieved to see Raizou safe, the crew seems to be quite disappointed with his appearance. They probably expected some slender, typical ninja guy XD
As for the thing Raizou was chained to... it's actually a Poneglyph in a red colour - one of the unusual Poneglyphs that we have seen (the other one is Joy Boy's letter in Fishman Island).
As expected though; the crew didn't let Raizou's appearance to fool them and before they knew it, they were already asking Raizou to show them some techniques xDD
This sends Raizou in surprise, wondering why would they, the pirates, want to see it. Franky then explains it to him fairly well "why" ^^
Even the more stoic ones like Law and Zoro couldn't resist and have to ask Raizou to show them some things, too ^^
Although Raizou is at first against showing any ninja art, he ends up changing his mind after seeing how depressed Luffy, Usopp and Chopper became...
Raizou shows numerous ninja art, even that clone jutsu Law asked for...
....which of course leaves certain characters in awe; namely Luffy, Usopp and Chopper ^^ but I am pretty sure the others (even Law and Zoro) are amazed by this guy's skills, too.
Welp, not sure what to say XDD the revelation about Momonosuke was quite surprising, though I am pretty sure there are some fans out there who expected that...
I like the Gold poster, it has that "gold" feel to it ^^ I really can't wait to see the film to come out now ^^
Oh, and the moment Nami sweet-talked to Momo was quite funny XDD especially Zoro's and Usopp's reaction to it.
As for Raizou~ I am surprised about the way he is portrayed (I honestly thought he would be some kind of asshole, not sure why x)). As someone who saw Naruto already, I can't seem to find the ninja art Raizou showed to be anything special... speaking of Naruto, this funny conversation happened on kissmanga:

No offense, Naruto fans! But... you can't deny this isn't true xD
